Consulting days often follow formal training days, but they can be arranged at any time. The trainer uses these days as opportunities to go into teachers’ classrooms in order to
- model appropriate assessment strategies,
- coach teachers in FV techniques, and
- provide sample center work and games using the Fairview materials.
This is an excellent opportunity to meet with small groups of teachers or parents, and to offer workshop refreshers. Multiple year contracts are recommended.
