To order specific materials, please request a Product Order Form . We accept Purchase Orders. Please indicate your tax status on the PO. If your school or organization is tax exempt, please include your tax exempt certificate or number. If your school or organization is not tax exempt, please indicate your tax rate.
If you are interested in previewing some Fairview materials, just order a preview package. If you like the materials and want to keep them, Fairview will send you an invoice. If the materials do not meet your needs, you can return them with the included postage label. The Preview Package includes the Adapted Dolch Teacher cards, Teacher Workbook, and DVD 1, and the Bridge Lists Teacher cards, Teacher Workbook, and DVD 1, and a Student Progress Folder.
